GO Forschung: Financing all-inclusive Research
GO Forschung sets new impulses for gender and intersectionality aspects in research.
How can gender aspects be more strongly integrated into research and innovation? The project GO Forschung deeply interrogates this question. Whether you are a PhD candidate or a PostDoc, we will take you through a journey of understanding how gender in an intersectional framework plays a role in every research discipline.
Research with Perspective
Focusing on gender aspects means more than striving for representative research – it involves critically reflecting on the impact of research, innovation and development on people of different gender. It means reflecting on structures, and methodologies within research. Through workshops, interactive formats, and practice-oriented research projects, participants engage with questions such as:
- How does gender influence access to technology?
- What gender-based stereotypes shape innovation processes?
- How can gender perspectives enhance the quality and relevance of research?
This generates not only academic dialogue but also leads towards tangible insights and recommendations for research institutions, educational organizations, and industry.
GO Forschung Budget: Interdisciplinary approach
A defining feature of the GO Forschung Budget measure project is its interdisciplinary approach to research. By bringing scholars from different disciplines together to work on one project, it enables researches to examine their units of analysis from different perspectives. This diversity contributes to developing an all-inclusive innovative solution for global challenges.
