Campus in Kulmbach receives award
Faculty VII of the University of Bayreuth was honoured as #pipewaterfriendly. In future, there will be new carafes to minimise the use of bottled water.

Faculty VII has been designated as #BottledWaterFriendly on 20 February 2023. With this action, the association A Tip Tap draws particular attention to the abandonment of bottled water at workplaces and universities.
Our Faculty VII in Kulmbach was chosen because the planned abandonment of bottled water should serve as an example. In addition, it is a special feature that in Kulmbach an initiative of students has repeatedly campaigned for the possibility of simple tap water consumption at the faculty.
For easier water consumption, there are now also new water carafes at the Kulmbach campus.
