Prof. Dr. Rebecca Preller is coming from the Technical University of Munich to the University of Bayreuth on 1 September. In Bayreuth Preller will take over the Chair of Entrepreneurial Behaviour and will pay special attention to founding teams. "In my research, I am primarily concerned with the social interaction of founding teams," she says. Among other things, this involves analysing how business models are developed within the team and how the private and professional environment affect the willingness to found a company. "I deal with conflicts, goal setting and entrepreneurial action in founding teams," explains Preller.

Prof. Dr. Rebecca Preller holds a double master's degree from the University of Aarhus in Denmark and the Technical University of Munich and has four years of experience as a strategy consultant. She was a Visiting Researcher at Lund University in Sweden and is an Add-on Fellow of the Joachim Herz Foundation. Her research has been awarded national and international prizes.
