Through its Co-Founder Exchange, the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation connects young founders with the right partners. Even people who do not have a start-up idea can be connected with start-up enthusiasts via the exchange, and so become part of a start-up. Ideas are then worked on together.

One of the initiators of the Co-Founder Exchange, Christian Teringl, is familiar - from his own start-up and his work as a start-up consultant at the Institute for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Bayreuth - with the common problem that the idea of founding a company is fully formed, but the necessary human resources to implement it are lacking. This problem gave rise to the Upper Franconia Co-Founder Exchange. Especially in the first year of a start-up, team building and personal exchange are essential, which is why the focus is on finding a suitable partner in the region.

Anyone who would like to get involved in the Co-Founder Exchange can get more information on the Institute's website: https://www.iei.uni-bayreuth.de/de/Gruendungsinteressierte/Co-Founder-Boerse/index.html
