Where people work together, conflicts can arise. In order to offer help to those affected and to open up reliable paths of constructive conflict resolution for all those involved, the university management issued a guideline for conflict resolution at the workplace for employees of the University of Bayreuth years ago and established a confidential, free offer of external conflict counseling. Since July 2020, conflict counseling for employees can finally also be offered in English. To this end, the proven team of Rudi Wendland, Christine von Aufseß and Klaus Hofmann will be expanded: We welcome Christiana Udeogu-Gözalan.

Christiana Udeogu-Gözalan is a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy, psychoanalysis with her own practice in Munich. In the future, she will be available one day per month for counseling sessions on our campus in Bayreuth. Consultations via video conference are also possible. The range of counseling includes conflicts at work, mobbing, discrimination, sexual harassment and experiences of racism.

Appointments can be arranged directly with Christiana Udeogu-Gözalan. Further information is available on our website Conflict consultation at the University of Bayreuth.
