Service Anniversary and Retirement Reception on 22 July 2021
Every six months, long-serving employees of the University of Bayreuth are invited to a ceremony - now for the first time by our new Provost.

On 22 July 2021, all service anniversaries and retirees of the first half of 2021 were honoured at the University of Bayreuth. This time, due to the coronavirus, the event took place in lecture hall H 24 in building RW I. On behalf of the Free State of Bavaria and also personally, the Provost of the University of Bayreuth, Dr. Nicole Kaiser, congratulated employees who have worked in public service for 25 and 40 years on their achievements and expressed the University’s warmest appreciation. In addition, new retirees where invited to these small functions to convey the recognition they so well deserve.
