The grand opening of the CampusKulturWoche takes place on 10 June with the UniOpenAir. This year, the traditional one-day festival will once again present a wide variety of up-and-coming artists from the indie, hip hop and other genres, so that the entire NW II courtyard will be dancing.

Basically, a wide variety of groups are active at the CampusKulturWoche. "But the CampusKulturWoche also lives from our many supporters in the StuPa and the initiatives, especially Alina Bolz and Annabell Strobel from the theatre am campus," says Pia Riepl-Bauer, who together with Onno Mengdehl form the core team of the organisation.

"For me, the goal of CampusKulturWoche is to offer a stage to the many different initiatives and cultural workers here on campus. A stage to infect others with their ideas and creativity, perhaps even to gain new members and to network with each other," says Riepl-Bauer. "And then the CHC is also allowed to simply be fun and inspiring."

Throughout the week, various workshops, a flea market and the popular Ronde(ll)-Vous take place on campus.

The "Closing Event", the Irish Céilí Evening on Friday evening, on the other hand, offers a cosy but atmospheric end to the week: everyone who wants to try something new is welcome at Irish ballroom dancing with nice people in the theatre room.

The complete programme of the CampusKulturwoche can be found on the website or on the Instagram channel @campuskultur.bayreuth.

For better planning of individual events, the organising team asks for registration for the workshops and the Open Stage via this form. The corresponding events are marked in the programme.
